- The proposed correction.
- A primary or accountable supporting source.
Review process
ReMediaLHQ reviews the cited evidence, updates the claim state when warranted, corrects affected public outputs, and records the state change in the evidence ledger.
Active route: Correction requests sent to the Gmail address above are reviewed now. A branded corrections mailbox will replace it after domain mail is provisioned.
