Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the ReMediaLHQ service handles information through remedialhq.com, ReMediaLHQ inquiries, and the Creator Signal Desk. The legal seller and any additional contact details required for a paid order will be provided in the written order confirmation and receipt before payment.

Information submitted to ReMediaLHQ

ReMediaLHQ may collect information you submit, such as your name, email address, message, creator or publication name, public channel links, requested topic, deadline, sponsor inquiry, correction request, cancellation request, or support request. Do not send passwords, full payment-card or bank credentials, private audience exports, sensitive personal information, or confidential assets unless ReMediaLHQ has expressly agreed in writing to receive them.

Standard technical records may include IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, pages viewed, event timestamps, security events, and cookie or consent choices.

Cloudflare may set a short-lived, essential security cookie to distinguish legitimate traffic and operate bot protection. ReMediaLHQ does not use that cookie for advertising or audience analytics.

YouTube API Services

ReMediaLHQ uses YouTube API Services. Only the ReMediaLHQ channel owner or an expressly authorized operator is asked to connect a YouTube account; public site visitors are not asked to connect one. Use of a connected YouTube feature is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google handles information under the Google Privacy Policy.

With the authorizing user's consent, ReMediaLHQ requests only these Google OAuth scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload to upload owner-reviewed videos and manage those uploads, including their metadata, selected privacy status, and thumbnail;
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly to identify the authorized channel, locate and reconcile an upload, and read video, privacy, and processing status; and
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly to retrieve YouTube Analytics reports for the authorized channel and its videos; and
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl to read owned playlists, create the seven approved private playlists, apply the approved channel watermark, and, only for a separately authorized visibility test, read and update an owner-reviewed video's privacy status while preserving its other writable status settings.

The YouTube information ReMediaLHQ may access, collect, or store is limited to OAuth grant details and credentials, credential expiry and granted scopes; the authorized channel ID, title, and URL; video IDs, titles, descriptions, tags, category, privacy and processing status, and thumbnail result; owned playlist IDs, titles, and privacy status; channel watermark configuration; and YouTube Analytics dimensions, metrics, and reports. ReMediaLHQ also sends the owner-selected video, thumbnail, metadata, and privacy status to YouTube when the owner expressly authorizes an upload. It may create only the seven approved private playlists and apply only the approved channel watermark through the channel-setup command. ReMediaLHQ does not ask for or store a YouTube password and does not download or cache YouTube audiovisual content.

ReMediaLHQ uses this information only to authenticate the authorizing user, confirm the selected channel, upload reviewed media, avoid or reconcile duplicate uploads, set a thumbnail or the approved channel watermark, create and reconcile the approved private playlists, preserve the expressly selected privacy status, run a separately authorized status-only visibility test with immediate restoration to the prior state, verify processing, and review the channel's own performance. ReMediaLHQ does not sell or rent YouTube API data. Authorized data is available only to the authorizing user and agents expressly approved by that user. It is shared with Google and YouTube through the requested API operations and with a security or storage provider only as reasonably necessary to protect the owner-controlled credential or operate the authorized workflow.

When a credential expires and an active refresh grant exists, ReMediaLHQ may refresh it to continue the authorized workflow. A refreshed credential is retained only in owner-controlled private storage when secure persistence is enabled. Authorization tokens are kept only as long as needed for the active consent. ReMediaLHQ rechecks authorization and the existence of stored YouTube resources at least every 30 days. Analytics and statistics may be retained while needed for the consented purpose, subject to that 30-day authorization check; other stored YouTube API data is refreshed or deleted within 30 calendar days.

The authorizing user can withdraw access through Google security settings or send a request under Data Deletion Requests. After a direct withdrawal request, ReMediaLHQ stops API use, revokes the applicable Google authorization, and deletes the related locally stored credentials and authorized data as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. If access is revoked through Google, or a credential can no longer be refreshed, ReMediaLHQ deletes associated API data after detecting the change as soon as possible and no later than 30 calendar days. Deleting ReMediaLHQ's stored data does not delete data held by YouTube; the user must use YouTube or an authorized client that supports deletion to remove content from YouTube.

Stripe Payments

After ReMediaLHQ confirms fit and scope, it may send a private Stripe-hosted Payment Link. Stripe provides checkout and payment processing to ReMediaLHQ. ReMediaLHQ is the service seller and remains responsible for fulfillment, service support, cancellation decisions, and approved refunds. Stripe is not the seller or provider of the research service.

Stripe collects and uses payment credentials, contact and billing information, transaction data, device and authentication information, fraud signals, and refund or chargeback information under its own terms and privacy notice. Depending on the checkout configuration and payment method, Stripe may share with ReMediaLHQ the customer's name and contact details, billing details, payment method type, purchase amount and date, order reference, payment status, and refund or dispute status. ReMediaLHQ does not ask customers to send full payment credentials by email.

ReMediaLHQ uses the information Stripe makes available only as reasonably needed to confirm payment, fulfill and support the order, process approved refunds, prevent fraud, maintain financial records, and meet applicable obligations. Review the Stripe Privacy Policy and the terms shown on the Stripe-hosted checkout before paying.

Use of information

ReMediaLHQ uses information to assess fit, confirm scope, communicate with customers, deliver and support the service, document order status, process eligible cancellation or refund requests, operate and secure the site, prevent abuse, maintain financial and editorial records, comply with applicable obligations, measure performance, and improve its content and products.

Other service providers

ReMediaLHQ may use hosting, analytics, email, newsletter, payment, advertising, affiliate, and security providers. Information is shared only as reasonably needed for those services, an order, security, compliance, or a request from the person concerned. Each provider processes information under its own terms, privacy notice, and applicable agreement.

Cookies and analytics

Analytics and measurement tools may use cookies or similar technologies after deployment. Available consent controls will be presented where required. A private Stripe-hosted checkout may use its own cookies or similar technologies under Stripe's notices.

Retention

ReMediaLHQ retains information for the period reasonably needed to answer an inquiry, provide and support the service, document scope and delivery, satisfy applicable financial and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, preserve editorial records, prevent fraud, and protect system security. The shorter YouTube API data periods stated above control YouTube API data and OAuth credentials. Stripe applies its own retention rules to information it controls.

Your requests

Send a ReMediaLHQ access, correction, deletion, or privacy request to support@remedialhq.com. YouTube-connected users may also follow the data deletion instructions and revoke access in Google security settings. For information Stripe controls, use the controls and contact routes in Stripe's privacy notice. A request to ReMediaLHQ does not by itself delete information Stripe must handle separately, and a request to Stripe does not by itself delete a separate ReMediaLHQ record.
