Terms of Use and Paid Services

These terms govern remedialhq.com, its public content, and any paid Creator Signal Desk order that incorporates this version. By using the public site, you agree to the site-use sections below. A paid-service agreement is formed only as described under Orders and acceptance.

Public site and editorial information

ReMediaLHQ provides news, commentary, analysis, guides, and source links for informational and entertainment purposes. Information is checked as of the date stated, but releases, prices, availability, third-party statements, and source pages can change. Public content is not a guarantee of a product, event, result, or future action by any third party.

Creator Signal Desk paid pilot

The standard founding pilot has a service price of $99 USD, paid once in advance, for a 14-calendar-day service period covering one mutually agreed active entertainment topic. Any tax the seller is required to collect must be disclosed before the customer authorizes payment. The pilot includes:

• one source-linked change brief;
• three evidence-based content angles;
• suggested wording matched to the available evidence;
• an unresolved-claim watchlist; and
• one custom rumor or claim check.

The pilot is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Any extension, additional topic, or later engagement requires a new written agreement and affirmative payment. The founding round is limited to five accepted paid orders in total. A cancellation or refund does not create another founding slot, and the five-slot limit is not a promise that a slot is available.

Orders and acceptance

An inquiry, reply, intake form, or Payment Link does not by itself reserve a slot. ReMediaLHQ confirms fit and the complete scope before sending any private Payment Link. Before payment, ReMediaLHQ will send a written order confirmation that states the seller, customer, agreed topic and boundaries, deliverables, start date, delivery schedule, $99 USD service price, any required tax, Stripe payment method, and this terms version. By authorizing payment after receiving that confirmation, the customer accepts the stated scope and this terms version. An order is accepted only when payment has cleared and ReMediaLHQ sends written acceptance. If money is captured for an order that ReMediaLHQ does not accept, the full amount will be refunded.

The written order confirmation controls transaction-specific details such as the topic, dates, and deliverables. These terms control general service conditions. A change is effective only when both sides agree to it in writing. No order confirmation can remove rights that applicable law does not allow a customer to waive.

Eligibility and customer responsibilities

You must be legally able to enter the agreement and, if acting for an organization, authorized to bind it. You agree to provide accurate intake information, respond reasonably promptly, and share only material you are authorized to provide. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, private audience exports, sensitive personal information, unlawful material, or confidential assets unless ReMediaLHQ has expressly agreed in writing to receive them.

ReMediaLHQ may decline requests involving invented evidence, deceptive attribution, harassment, unlawful conduct, impersonation, undisclosed paid promotion, unauthorized material, or attempts to bypass platform rules. You retain responsibility for your editorial decisions, publication, disclosures, legal review, platform compliance, and permission to use third-party material.

Start, delivery, and delays

The 14-calendar-day period begins on the start date in the written order confirmation, after payment and required intake are complete. ReMediaLHQ will state in writing when custom work begins. Customer-caused delays may move delivery dates after written notice. Scope additions may require a new price or schedule, but only with both sides' written agreement.

ReMediaLHQ will use reasonable care to provide the agreed deliverables on the stated schedule. If ReMediaLHQ cannot begin or complete the pilot on time for reasons within its reasonable control, the customer may accept a revised schedule or cancel for a full refund.

Payment

The founding pilot service price is $99 USD, charged once before work begins. There is no recurring fee or automatic renewal. The customer can review the amount and any seller-required tax before authorizing the transaction. Do not send card or bank credentials by email.

The private checkout is a Stripe-hosted Payment Link. Stripe provides checkout and payment processing to ReMediaLHQ. Stripe is not the service seller, does not provide the research service, and does not set ReMediaLHQ's scope, delivery, cancellation, or voluntary refund policy. ReMediaLHQ remains responsible for the order, fulfillment, customer support, and approved refund requests.

Stripe may collect payment and billing information, authenticate the transaction, apply fraud controls, make payment methods available, and send a payment receipt according to the checkout configuration. Stripe handles that information under the Stripe Privacy Policy and the terms shown at checkout.

Cancellation and refunds

To cancel or request a refund, email support@remedialhq.com from the purchasing email address with the subject Creator Signal Desk cancellation or refund and include the order reference. A cancellation is effective when the message is received.

• Before the first custom deliverable: A customer may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.
• After the first custom deliverable: A customer may cancel remaining work, but a change-of-mind refund is not offered. A custom deliverable means a client-specific brief, update, claim check, or other written analysis sent to the customer.
• Material failure to deliver the agreed scope: Report the specific missing or nonconforming item within seven calendar days after the final delivery. ReMediaLHQ may correct it within five business days. If it cannot be corrected within that time, the customer receives a full refund.
• Cancellation by ReMediaLHQ: If ReMediaLHQ cancels an accepted order without completing the agreed service, the customer receives a full refund, unless a different remedy is required by applicable law.

This pilot's voluntary policy provides full refunds, not partial refunds. ReMediaLHQ will decide an eligible request under this policy and submit the approved full refund through Stripe within 10 business days. Stripe and the customer's bank or payment method may take additional time to process and post it. ReMediaLHQ will provide the refund confirmation or Stripe reference available for the transaction.

Voluntary refunds are not offered solely because a customer does not like a supported research conclusion, chooses not to publish, a third party later changes its information, or the customer's content does not achieve a desired result.

This policy does not limit any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, chargeback, warranty, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived. The seven-day notice period above applies only to the voluntary service remedy and does not shorten a nonwaivable legal deadline.

Customer materials and confidentiality

You keep any rights you hold in material you provide. You grant ReMediaLHQ a limited permission to use that material only to evaluate, perform, secure, and document the agreed service. ReMediaLHQ will not identify a customer publicly, publish nonpublic customer material, or use a customer endorsement without written permission. The pilot does not include a separate nondisclosure agreement unless both sides sign one.

Use of paid deliverables

After full payment, the customer receives a nonexclusive license to use, edit, quote, and publish the original portions of the paid deliverables in the customer's own editorial or creator work. ReMediaLHQ keeps its pre-existing templates, methods, software, brand assets, and general know-how. Third-party sources, names, marks, media, and other materials remain subject to their owners' rights. No license to third-party footage, artwork, logos, music, articles, or platform content is included.

Service boundaries and no outcome guarantee

The pilot provides research and editorial support, not legal advice, intellectual-property clearance, tax advice, investment advice, or platform approval. Research reflects sources reasonably available when checked. ReMediaLHQ does not promise views, subscribers, revenue, rankings, virality, publication acceptance, platform approval, or any particular editorial conclusion.

Public-site intellectual property

Original ReMediaLHQ public writing, software, graphics, databases, and media are protected by applicable law. Third-party names, marks, products, and sources remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for editorial identification. Unless a page says otherwise, you may link to public pages and quote limited portions with attribution, but may not republish a substantial part of the site or present ReMediaLHQ work as your own.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully, respect access controls, and do not disrupt the service, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or extract data at a rate that impairs operation. ReMediaLHQ may restrict access or end an order for a material violation. Any refund following termination is determined under the cancellation policy above and applicable law.

YouTube API Services

ReMediaLHQ uses YouTube API Services for an owner-operated publishing and performance-review workflow. By using a ReMediaLHQ feature that accesses YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

The workflow requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload to upload and manage owner-reviewed videos, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly to identify the authorized channel and read upload or processing status, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly to read the authorized channel's YouTube Analytics reports, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl to read owned playlists, create the seven approved private playlists, apply the approved channel watermark, and, only for a separately authorized visibility test, read and update an owner-reviewed video's privacy status while preserving its other writable status settings. It may process OAuth grant details and credentials, channel identity, uploaded video and thumbnail files, video IDs and metadata, owned playlist IDs, titles, and privacy status, channel watermark configuration, selected privacy and processing status, and analytics dimensions, metrics, and reports. Those items are used only to authenticate the authorizing user, confirm channel identity, upload and reconcile reviewed content, set thumbnails or the approved channel watermark, create and reconcile the approved private playlists, apply the expressly selected visibility, run a separately authorized status-only visibility test with immediate restoration to the prior state, verify processing, and review that channel's performance.

The authorizing user retains final control over each YouTube upload and visibility choice. ReMediaLHQ defaults the workflow to private and requires separate publication authority for an unlisted or public upload. Credentials may be refreshed only while the grant remains active. Tokens are retained only as needed; authorization and stored resource state are checked at least every 30 days, and other stored YouTube API data is refreshed or deleted within 30 calendar days. Access can be revoked or withdrawn through Google security settings or the ReMediaLHQ data deletion process. A direct deletion or withdrawal request is handled as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. Deleting ReMediaLHQ's local data does not delete content held by YouTube.

External links and providers

The site may link to third parties and may include clearly disclosed affiliate or sponsored relationships. Except for the specific ReMediaLHQ commitments stated in these terms, ReMediaLHQ does not control a third party's products, services, content, policies, security, or availability. Stripe remains responsible for the payment-processing functions it provides under its own terms.

Disclaimers and limits

The public site is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, ReMediaLHQ does not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free public content. For an accepted paid order, ReMediaLHQ's obligation is to use reasonable care to provide the written scope, subject to the specific refund and correction commitments above.

To the extent permitted by law, ReMediaLHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, audience, or opportunity arising from the site or a paid service. To the extent permitted by law, total liability for a paid order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. These limits do not reduce an express refund obligation and do not apply to liability or rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude or limit.

Terms changes and order records

ReMediaLHQ may update these terms for future site use or future orders. A change does not retroactively alter an accepted paid order. The version identified in the written order confirmation remains applicable to that order. Keep the confirmation, receipt, scope, and terms version for your records.

Questions and disputes

These terms do not designate a governing law, exclusive court, mandatory arbitration process, or class-action waiver. Applicable law determines those issues unless the parties later make a lawful written agreement. Before starting a formal dispute, either side may contact the other and attempt an informal resolution, but doing so does not pause a legal deadline or limit a nonwaivable right.
