YouTube API Services
ReMediaLHQ uses YouTube API Services for an owner-operated YouTube publishing and performance-review workflow. Its use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles information under the Google Privacy Policy.
The workflow requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload to upload and manage owner-reviewed videos, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly to identify the authorized channel and read upload or processing status, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly to read the authorized channel's YouTube Analytics reports, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl to read owned playlists, create the seven approved private playlists, apply the approved channel watermark, and, only for a separately authorized visibility test, read and update an owner-reviewed video's privacy status while preserving its other writable status settings. It may store OAuth grant details and credentials, channel identity, video IDs and metadata, owned playlist IDs, titles, and privacy status, channel watermark configuration, selected privacy and processing status, thumbnail results, and analytics dimensions, metrics, and reports. These items are used only to authenticate the authorizing user, confirm the selected channel, upload and reconcile reviewed content, set thumbnails or the approved channel watermark, create and reconcile the approved private playlists, apply the expressly selected visibility, run a separately authorized status-only visibility test with immediate restoration to the prior state, verify processing, and review that channel's performance.
Revoke a YouTube connection
The authorizing user can withdraw ReMediaLHQ's access in Google security settings and may also send the deletion request described on this page. ReMediaLHQ stops using a grant after withdrawal. It refreshes an expired credential only while an active refresh grant remains, retains tokens only while needed for that consent, and deletes API data associated with a credential that can no longer be refreshed.

- The ReMediaLHQ service or integration involved.
- The information or account connection to delete.
Processing
ReMediaLHQ will verify the request when appropriate. For a direct YouTube withdrawal or deletion request, ReMediaLHQ stops API use, revokes the applicable Google authorization, deletes the locally stored credential and related authorized data as soon as possible and within seven calendar days, and confirms completion. If access is revoked through Google, ReMediaLHQ deletes related API data after detecting the revocation as soon as possible and no later than 30 calendar days. Authorization and the existence of stored YouTube resources are checked at least every 30 days; other stored YouTube API data is refreshed or deleted within 30 calendar days.
Deleting information held by ReMediaLHQ does not delete information or content held by YouTube. To remove a video or other data from YouTube, use YouTube or an authorized client that supports that deletion. Separate records required for security, fraud prevention, editorial integrity, legal compliance, or accounting may be retained for the applicable period, but that exception does not permit ReMediaLHQ to retain YouTube API data or OAuth credentials beyond the YouTube-specific periods above.
